Smoked and fried Trout salad
Mix together mashed potatoes, fried and smoked Trout Fillet, and add enough real mayonnaise to make it creamy. Add in a bit of ketchup, mustard and relish, salt and pepper, and leek, tomatoes, and pickles to taste. |
Oven Baked Fish:
Sauces: -Melted (real) butter -Butter sauce: melt a chunk of butter and add some flour. Stir until the butter doesn’t stick to the pan anymore. Keep adding a little water at a time till desired thickness. Add salt and/or seasoning and parsley. |

*You will need a package of fish crisp or beer batter. Follow directions as package says.

-You can also try it in aluminum foil. Season, marinate, and close foil around loosely. Cook till it flakes easily
